摘要
铜铬型活性炭催化剂分别存放于10个不锈钢容器里。其中6个内充湿CO_2、O_2、H_2、空气、NH_3和蒸气,余下内充干CO_2、O_2、H_2和空气,容器也分别存放同一类型的炭样。炭样品的陈化,应归咎于孔隙内吸附水分,没有吸附水分,就不会有陈化出现。孔隙内同时吸附有水分,CO_2气体则是使炭催化剂中毒的毒物:它跟活性组分CuO作用,形成CuCO_3,故大大加快陈化速度。
Type Cu-Cr activated carbon catalyst was respectively stored in ten sealed stainless containers Six of them are full of moist CO2, O2, H2, air, NH3 and vapor.The same type carbon catalyst was stored in the other four containers full of dry CO2,O2,H2, and air.The ageing of carbon samples is generally due to the adsorptior of moisture in the pores. Without the moisture adsorbed, there will be no ageing occurred. With the simultaneous existence of moisture in the pores, the CO2 gas plays the role as the poison for the carbon catalyst ageing which gradully reacts with the active component CuO to form CuCO3, thus greatly accellerating the ageirg rate.
