The current situation and development trends of carbon/corbon, ceramic/ceramic composite material were introduced based on the information provided Carbon'90 interneational conference held in France. The four-dimentional carbon/carbon, three-dimentional ultrafine braided carbon/carbon, antioxidated carbon/carbon composite and silicon carbide fiber/silicon carbide composite were stressly reported.
