摘要
叙述了国外机械密封行业著名生产厂家的各类耐腐蚀泵机械密封的性能及应用范围,日本PlLLAR公司对大连耐酸泵厂的108U—45机械密封件的检测结果和建设性意见。并对国内外的机械密封做了分析比较。通过工业运行试验结果及图表,阐述了耐腐蚀泵机械密封的选型和机械密封材料的选择等问题。
The properties and fields of application of the mechanical seals for corrosion-resis ting pumps produced by famous manufacturer in the field of abroad mechanical seals were introduced,the results of check and test by Japan PILLAR Co on 108U-45 mechanical seal products manufactured by Dalian acid-resisting pump plant were shown and the seveal of contructive suggestions were descrided. Contrast analysis on the mechanical seal products both at home and abroad was carried out The lectotype of mechanical seal for corros ion-resis ting pumps and selection of seal material as well as other questions were expounded by the results and diagram under industrial operation on condition.
