高层建筑监理和单桩极限承载力取值问题

摘要 介绍在某高层建筑的监理工程实践中 ,由于前期监理工作没有介入 ,导致施工阶段工程进展不顺利 ,并造成一些不必要的浪费 .后在监理部门的牵头和协调下 ,使陷于困境的工程重现生机 ,并且取得良好的经济和社会效益 .同时 ,还根据桩基检测结果 ,对现行几种嵌岩桩单桩极限承载力计算公式进行分析比较 。 The engineering practice of a high building is presented here for exemplifying the role of supervision. The noninvolvement of supervision in the earlier stage resulted in an uneven progress of engineering in construction phase and also in some unnecessary waste. Later on, let supervision take the lead and pay attention to coordination, the engineering in a sad pickle regains its vitality and acquires good economic and social benefit under new situation. Based on the results of pile testing, some existing formulae for calculating ultimate bearing capacity of single rock pile are analysed and compared, which will provide a reference for the similar engineering design.
