摘要
阐述太极拳正被越来越多追求强身健体的人们所接受。采用不同的教学方法进行对比实验,运用统计法和文献索引法,对重视动作技击作用所产生的教学效果进行分析,并以运动心理学为理论根据,对其所产生的效果进行研究。
Tai-ji is becoming increasingly popular among people who pursue health and fitness. This paper describes the experiments based on different teaching methods and analyzes the effect resulting from teaching which focuses on action of attack. It also conducts a study of this effect in accordance with sports psychology.
