上颌前方牵引矫治Ⅲ类骨性错的临床应用

目的 研究骨性反牙合的矫治方法与效果。方法 对 9例骨性反牙合儿童 ,采用上颌前方牵引装置进行矫治 ,力量 3 0 0～ 5 0 0 g侧 ,方向向下向前与 牙合平面呈 2 0°角。结果 9例患儿均取得满意外形 ,SNA增加1.87° ,ANB增加 3 .12° ,MP—SN增加 0 .91°。

Objective To study the treatment methods and effects of the skeletal crossbite. Methods Nine skeletal crossbite children were chosen, their maxilla were distracted forward by facemask exerting 300～500 g force each side with a down and forward angle of 20° to the occlusion plane. Results Nine cases all made successful soft tissue facial type: SNA, ANB and MP-SN increased 1.87 °, 3.12 ° and 0.91 respectively. Conclusion The maxillary distraction forward was an effective method to correct the skeletal crossbite.
