摘要 在乙肝病毒 (HBV)的结构蛋白中 ,与疫苗有关的主要是HBsAg。HBsAg基因已在不同的生物体系中获得成功的表达 ,其基因工程疫苗的研究也取得了长足的进展 。 In the structural proteins of hepatitis B virus (HBV), the protein which relates closely with vaccine is HBsAg. The genes of HBsAg have successfully expressed using different bio systems. Plasma derived vaccines (PDV) have been gradually replaced by yeast derived vaccines(YDV) and CHO derived vaccines.
