摘要
采用Ｐｅｆｒｏｃｃｉ＆Ｃｌａｒｋｅ的方法对洗衣粉杀菌效果进行了检测。结果，２种具有消毒功能的洗衣粉对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率均达９９．９９９％，普通洗衣粉对两菌的杀灭率在９１．７３１％～９８．８９０％之间。该方法模拟洗衣机洗衣过程，操作简单，结果可靠且具有可重复性。
The germicidal effcacy of washing powders was examined using Pefrocci & Clarke Method. The results showed that two kinds of washing powder with disinfection function could kill 99.999% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The ordinary washing pow- ders could kill 91.731 % - 98.890% of these two bacteria. This method simulates the washing process of washing machine and has the advantages of simple operation, reliable and repeatable results.
