摘要
用RT—PCR方法检测丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)RNA,以了解亚甲蓝与可见光联合作用对HCV RNA的影响。结果,向含HCV血浆中加1μmol/L亚甲蓝,经可见光(3 000 Lux)照射15 min或30 min,HCV RNA含量随照射时间延长而减少;仅加亚甲蓝不经光照者,与阳性对照者基本相同。说明仅甲亚蓝对HCV RNA基本无损伤作用,结合可见光照射时才可。
RT-PCR method was used to examine hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA in order to know the effect of combination of methylene blue and visible light on HCV RNA. The results showed that addition of methylene blue 1 μmol/ L to the plasma containing HCV followed by irradiation with visible light (30 000 Lux) for 15 or 30 min caused reduction of the HCV RNA content with prolongation of irradiation time, while the plasma treated with addition of methylene blue only and not exposed to visible light was essentially same as the positive con- trol, indicating that methylene blue has no injurious effect on HCV RNA when it is used alone and can injure HCV RNA only when it is used in combination with visible light irradiation.
