摘要
为比较杀菌成分为苄基-双-(2-羟乙基)十二烷基氯化铵消毒液对悬液中与布片上微生物的杀灭效果,进行了悬液与载体定量杀菌试验。结果,对悬液中金黄色葡萄球菌与白色念珠菌分别以含季铵盐20mg/L与60 mg/L的该消毒液作用7 min,平均杀灭率均>99.90%;对布片上两者以含季铵盐1000mg/L的该消毒液作用7min,平均杀灭率均达99.90%。说明杀灭悬液中金黄色葡萄球菌与白色念珠菌比杀灭布片上者容易。
In order to compare the efficacy of the disinfectant solution containing benzyl-di-(2-hydroxyethyl) dodecyl ammonium chloride, the germicidal ingredient, in kil- ling microorganisms in suspension and on cloth strip, suspension and carrier quantitative germicidal tests were carried out. The results showed that the average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to this disinfectant solu- tion containing the quaternary ammonium salt 20 mg / L and 60 mg / L respectively for 7 min were >99.90% and the average killing rates of these two microorganisms on cloth strips exposed to the solution containing the quaternary ammonium salt 1000 mg / L for 7 min at- tained 99.90%, indicating that it is easier to kill Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in suspension than on cloth strip.
