重组BCG疫苗在传染病防治中的应用
Role of recombinant BCG vaccine in prevention and treatment of infectious diseases
摘要
卡介苗(Bacille Calmette-Guérin,BCG)作为预防结核病的重要手段,已证明其对人体安全,且接种效果不受母体抗体的影响,成为WHO推荐的两种新生的活疫苗之一.BCG本身是强免疫佐剂,临床上常用于肿瘤治疗.近年来国内外学者以BCG为疫苗载体,将具有免疫保护作用的外源基因转入BCG[1],希望开发在BCG中表达保护性抗原或免疫因子的新一代活疫苗,以达到增强BCG免疫原性和一苗多用的目的.本文就重组BCG疫苗在传染病防治中的应用作一综述.
