Fault Analysis and Prevention on the Bearing Assenbly Fault of the Middle Gear of 16V240ZJD Type Engine

针对 16V2 40ZJD型柴油机在运用检修中频繁发生中间齿轮轴承组件破损 ,锁紧螺母松旷 ,开口销剪断等故障 ,从轴承受力情况 ,结构装配、工艺以及油润状态进行原因分析 ,并提出相应防止措施。

Aiming at all the kinds of faults of the bearing fault of the middle gear of 16V240ZJD type diesel engine happening in inspection and repair field ,the paper analysized the fault cause and put forward some preventive measures.
