摘要
介绍了直板和弯板2种塑件试验模型和成型2种塑件的模具结构,通过CAE分析和试模结果比较,说明塑件上筋和螺钉柱根部厚度不同对塑件表面产生缩痕的影响程度不同,塑件表面皮纹粗细对缩痕外观质量的改善有差异。通过试验,解决了某汽车仪表板成型表面产生的缩痕问题。
The test models of plastic straight panel and bent board and the die structure for the forming were presented. The CAE analysis and comparison of test results shows that the different thickness of the plastic part stiffener and screw column root has different influence degree on the shrink mark of part's surface. The thickness of plastic part striae has different effect on the improvement of shrink mark surface quality.
