摘要
滑子菇味道鲜美,营养丰富,附着在滑子菇菌伞表面的核酸,对保持人体的精力和脑力大有益处,并且还有抑制肿瘤的作用。本研究以水稻纹枯病菌、荔枝炭疽病菌、辣椒炭疽病菌、番茄枯萎病菌等植物病原真菌为实验菌,通过真菌的对峙实验和对抑菌活性进行测定,结果表明,滑子菇提取物对真菌生长具有抑制作用,为其在食品保鲜、病原真菌防治、饲料防霉等方面的应用提供理论依据。
Pholiota nameko tasted delicious, and it was nutrient-rich. The nucleic acid on the surface was good for maintaining person's energy and brain power, suppressing rumor growth. Rhizoctorzia solani, Colletotrichum sp, Gtoeosporium piperatum, Fusarium oxysporumf, sp. Radicis lycopersici and others were selected to be experimental pathogens in this experiment. In this antimicrobial experiment, inhibition zone test and antibacterial activity tests were used. The results showed that the extract of Pholiota narneko could inhibite the growth of some fungi. The preliminary studies on determination of antibacterial active substances for Pholiota nameko would lay certain foundation on fresh -keeping for food, pathogenic control and fungi resistance for forage.
