摘要
针对现有预应力混凝土收缩徐变损失监测用传感器存在的问题,在分析了预应力损失特性的基础上,提出了基于光纤光栅智能钢绞线的混凝土收缩徐变引起的单项预应力损失监测方法,采用以上方法获得了预应力混凝土试验梁的预应力混凝土收缩徐变损失,并与各国规范计算值进行了对比。该方法简单易行,监测结果能够正确反映预应力混凝土收缩徐变损失的演化规律。试验监测结果均小于各国规范的计算值,各国规范均偏于安全。各国规范与监测方法实测值相比,其安全度系数依次为英国规范CEB-FIP(1990):2.1,中交04规范:1.5,美国ACI209规范:1.25。
To improve the existing sensors of shrinkage and creep presstressing losses,in this paper,theoretical analysis of shrinkage and creep presstressing losses was studied,and a novel smart steel strand based on the technique of the optic fibre Bragg grating technology was introduced.The PC beams were used to verify the concept of monitoring of the prestressing loss using smart steel strands.The shrinkage and creep prestressing losses data have been taken by FBG sensors.It shows that the monitoring data can reveal the time-depended evolution law of shrinkage and creep prestressing loss.Also the codes are safe that the calculating value according to the codes are larger than the results of experiment.The safety coefficients for CEB-FIP(1990),JTG D62-2006,ACI209 are 2.1,1.5 and 1.25 respectively.
