摘要
设计了一种新型的热力膨胀阀容量测试系统,自动测得膨胀阀开度-感温包温度和制冷剂流量-开度特性曲线,并运用插值法得到制冷剂流量-感温包温度特性曲线,实现容量测试。为优化控制系统蒸发压力和过热度等工况参数,在分析参数间耦合关系的基础上提出了一种多变量模糊自适应控制算法。控制结果表明,与传统PID控制算法相比,蒸发压力和过热度控制精度分别提高了±0.006 MPa和±0.4℃,调节时间分别缩短了1 000 s和800 s.容量试验结果表明,其测试精度达到了1.5%。
A new-type capacity test system for thermal expansion valve was designed.The capacity test was realized by measuring characteristic curve of opening-sensing bulb temperature and refrigerant flow-opening,then fitting characteristic curve of refrigerant flow-sensing bulb temperature by interpolation method.In order to optimize operating condition parameters such as evaporating pressure and superheat degree,a multivariable fuzzy adaptive control algorithm was presented based on analysis of coupling relationship between parameters.Control results show that the control precision of evaporating pressure and superheat degree are improved ±0.006 MPa and ±0.4 ℃,compared with traditional PID control alogorithm and the adjust time are respectively shorten 1 000 s and 800 s.Experiment results of the capacity test show that its test precision has reached 1.5%.
