摘要
为满足空间遥感仪器地检设备的需求,针对多路遥测信号高精度实时测量,研制了基于数字万用表KEITHLEY2700和数据采集模块KEITHLEY 7700的数据实时采集系统。采用VC++可视化环境开发了计算机通信与可视化界面,设计了灵活的数据操作接口,能实现电压、电流、温度、周期等多种信号类型的实时高精度(22位)采集和测量,保证了数据高精度采集,具有数据实时有效存取、曲线实时显示及数据实时处理等功能。试验结果表明:该系统可以实现多路不同信号、长时间、高精度、实时、无人值守数据采集与监控等功能。
A real-time data acquisition system was developed based on multi-meter KEITHLEY 2700 and data acquisition module KEITHLEY 7700 aiming at high-precision and real-time measuring of the telemetry signal of space remote sensing device during the ground test.The system developed computer communications and visual interlaces and designed flexible data manipulation interface based on the VC + + visualization environment.It can measure a variety of signal types such as voltage,current,temperature and cycle,acquire data in high accuracy,save data and display the curve of the data in real time.Experiments show that the multiple different types of signals can be achieved in high-precision and real-time and can be monitored for a long time in unattended environment.
