摘要
为提高控制的实时性及系统网络化能力,提出一种基于ARM的嵌入式剪切生产线数控系统,该系统以ARM处理器为核心,搭载嵌入式Linux操作系统,具有可扩展的输入、输出控制节点,支持网络和嵌入式数据库,实现了剪切自动控制、挡料器控制、自动翻转送料架控制。该系统智能性、实时性好,能够提高棒料加工精度,实现加工数据的有效管理。
To improve the capabilities of real time control and network communication,a new cutting line system based on embedded ARM was proposed in this paper.The system is based on ARM processor core and embedded Linux operating system.The automatic control of cutting,stock stop and turnover feeding frame can be done with the hdp of scalable input and output control nodes.Furthermore,the system equipped with internet and embedded database is capable of dealing with the processing data in an effective way and improving the cutting precision in real time.
