摘要
在自然光照明条件下,利用手机等便携数码器材获取胶体金试纸条的可见光图像,对图像进行主成分分析处理,将图像由RGB空间转换到3通道的主成分空间,并进一步提取控制线及测试线的特征显色信息。对肌钙蛋白I(TnI)检测试纸条的实验结果表明,这种图像处理方法对于目测判读困难的检测线具有更好的信息提取能力,可以很好地满足现场检测需求。
Under natural-hght illumination,the visual lighted image of colloidal gold strip is obtained by mobile phones or other portable digital equipments.The acquired image was processed by principal component analysis.The image was therefore converted from RGB space into 3-channel principal components space.The colorful characteristics of the control line and test line area were then extracted.Experiments were carried out by TnI colloidal gold strip.The results indicate that such image processing method performs better capability of information extraction for sighdess test line,which finely meets the requirements of in-field testing.
