摘要
为设计AT070TN84 TFT液晶显示控制器,采用IP核的设计方法,用可编程逻辑器件FPGA,结合DMA技术,设计了Nios Ⅱ下的TFT液晶的控制器IP核,给出了硬件设计和软件编程测试的方法。该控制器能实现分辨率为800×480,颜色深度为16 bit的彩色图形显示。试验结果表明系统稳定可靠,使用方便,显示清晰,色彩丰富,具有较强的实用性和通用性。文中在讲述控制器设计原理、实现方法、仿真与实验过程的同时,对IP核的各设计环节进行了重点介绍。
This AT070TN84 TFT-LCD controller was designed to be a IP core based on Nios Ⅱ,by using the programmable logic device FPGA and combined with the DMA technology.It can be used to display the color graph in 800 × 480 resolution and 16 bit color depth.After the hardware design and software programming test,the experiment results show that this system,which is with reliable steadiness,easily use,clear display and rich colors,is very powerful in practicality and commonality.The controller design principle,realization method,simulation and experiment process were put forward in the paper,also the design of IP core was mainly introduced.
