摘要
通过对公立医院评价制度的回顾,并借鉴国际医疗绩效评价经验,探索我国公立医院绩效评价制度的建立与完善,试图通过客观的绩效评价,坚持公立医院的公益性导向,提升管理水平,提高医院的社会效益和经济效益。
Review on the evaluation system of public hospitals, and learn from international experience on the medical perfomance evaluation, explore the establishment and improvement of public hospital performance evaluation system. And try to use objective performance evaluation and adhere welfare-oriented, to improve the management level and the economic and social benefits of public hospitals.
