中药配合星状神经节阻滞治疗角膜溃疡50例观察

Observation on Corneal Ulcer (50 cases) Treated by Traditional Chinese Drugs and Block of Ganglion Stellatum

目的 :探讨角膜溃疡的有效治疗方法。方法 :治疗组 5 0例应用龙胆泻肝汤加减联合星状神经节药阻滞治疗 ,对照组 4 6例只用龙胆泻肝汤治疗。结果 :治疗组疗效及疗程均明显优于对照组 ,分别有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )及非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :龙胆泻肝汤加减联合星状神经节阻滞是治疗角膜溃疡的有效治疗方法。

abstract To probe into a therapy for corneal ulcer. Methods: All caese had been divided into two groups. The test group (50 cases) had been treated by a modified decociton of gentiana for purging the liver fire and block of ganglion stellatum, and the controlled (46 cases), by the decoction mentioned above only. Results: Apart form a significant difference found between the two groups that the effedct in the former was better than that in the latter (P<0.05), a more significant difference can be found in the course of treatment between them also (P<0.01). Conclusion: The therapy, modified decoction of gentiana for purging the liver fire with block of ganglion stellatum, is an effective method in treating corneal ulcer.
