低压铸造应用非常广泛,调整浇注压力与铝液速率,细化成分要求改善高现场铸造条件的稳定性和兼容性,对提高4G1发动机缸盖的铸造质量具有重要作用。
Low pressure casting is widely used .It plays an important role in improving the quality of casting 4G1 engine cylinder head by adjusting pouring pressure and liquid aluminum casting rate , and refining component requirements to better the casting conditions with high stability and compatibility .
