摘要
为快速获取材料性能参数,解决生产过程中由于材料性能波动引起的质量问题,以冲压生产常用的冲裁工艺为切入点,给出一种直接从冲裁过程在线反求材料参数的方法。该方法以冲裁过程中在线实测的载荷-行程曲线为依据,结合有限元仿真结果,采用Downhill Simplex优化算法反求材料参数。为验证方法的可靠性,以3个不同厂家的同一牌号板料为研究对象,通过自主设计的测量系统在线测量冲裁过程中的载荷-行程曲线,反求的材料参数与拉伸性能实验结果的对比表明,该方法具有较高的精度。
In order to solve the quality problem of stamping parts caused by the fluctuations of the material properties ,it is important to directly identify the material parameters during the forming process . In this paper ,an identification approach of the material parameters based on blanking process is presented . This method is to reverse material parameters by making the least difference of the force-stroke curves between the actual measurement and the simulation results for the blanking process . The material parameters of three similar materials obtained by this method are compared with the results from the tensile tests . The results indicate that the method possesses pretty good accuracy .
