摘要
针对VC辊平整机湿平整轧制过程中的产品板形与表面粗糙度控制几乎完全依赖于辊系参数,以及轧制压力与前后张力等关键轧制工艺参数的设定往往以考虑产品力学性能为主,造成轧制稳定性差、产品的板形与表面质量控制精度偏低的问题,充分结合VC辊平整机组湿平整轧制的设备与工艺特点,以轧制稳定性为优化目标函数,将板形、力学性能及表面粗糙度作为约束条件,提出一套适用于VC辊平整机组湿平整轧制过程的关键轧制工艺参数的优化设定技术,并将其推广应用到某1550VC辊平整机组的生产,把轧制压力、前后张力等3项关键轧制参数作为整体进行协调设定,在提高生产效率的同时,保证产品质量,提高了经济效益,具有推广应用价值。
In the past the control of shape and surface roughness in wet temper rolling almost depended on rolls system parameters .But rolling force and tension were always set according to product mechanical property ,which made rolling stability ,shape and surface roughness control accuracy unsatisfied .Because of the above issues ,fully integrated with equipment and process features of VC roller tempering mill ,with the rolling stability as the objective function and the shape ,the mechanical property and the surface roughness as the constraint condition ,a rolling parameters optimal setting model for wet temper rolling was set up . Furthernmore ,the model has been used in production practice ,which takes rolling force ,front and back tension as a whole to be studied .It not only improved the production efficiency ,but also improved the production quality .Therefore ,the economic benefit has already been acquired ,and the technique has the value to be further popularized .
