SCB-1负载型加氢催化剂在环己烷装置副反应器上的应用

Application of supported hydrogenation catalyst SCB- 1 in an auxiliary reactor of cyclohexane unit

介绍了SCB-1负载型加氢催化剂在中国石油辽阳石化公司己二酸生产线环己烷装置副反应器上的应用情况。结果表明,SCB-1催化剂机械强度高、活性好;SCB-1催化剂的性能优于国外同类产品,完全可以替代法国LD 143催化剂;采取优化工艺参数措施后,SCB-1催化剂的活性更加持久,运行周期由设计保证值6 a延长至9 a;将2套环己烷装置所用6 t催化剂由进口LD 143更换为国产SCB-1可节约费用60万元,催化剂使用周期延长可节约生产成本75万元。

The application of a supported hydrogenation catalyst SCB - 1 in an auxiliary reactor of cyclohexane unit of adipic acid production line was intro- duced in Liaoyang Petrochemical Company,PetroChiha. The results showed that catalyst SCB -1 had higher crushing strength and activity, its performance was superior to that of similar foreign catalyst, so that it could completely replace catalyst LD 143 which was made in France. Under the condition of optimizedprocess parameters, SCB -1 exhibited stable activity in a longer period, and its service life lasted from 6 years （design value） to 9 years. LD 143（6 t） used in 2 sets of cyclohexane unit were replaced by catalyst SCB - 1, so that 600 thousands Yuan was saved, and owing to the extended service life of catalyst, production cost of 750 thousands Yuan was saved.
