制氢加压站脱萘塔再生放空系统的优化

摘要 脱萘塔再生系统投运时,为了减少因再生放空管排放大量含有萘、硫等杂质的混合气体对周边环境造成的污染及腐蚀,通过缩短排污总管的长度、增加溢流池、加装喷淋系统、采用低压蒸汽再生、放空管等改造,为各用户使用精制焦炉煤气创造了有利条件,同时也极大地改善了现场及周边人员的工作环境。 Under the Naphthalene removal tower regenerating system service, in order to reduce the regeneration venting pipe to discharge the mixed gas containing naphthalene, sulfur and other impurities which will cause the great pollution and serious corrosion on the surrounding environment, we make the changes such as reducing the length of the sewage mains, increasing the overflow pool, installing sprinkler system and adopting the regenerating venting system with low pressure steamer to create favorable conditions for the user to use refined coke oven gas when naphthalene removal tower regenerating venting pipe reforming. At the same time, we can improve the working environment for both our staff and others.
