摘要
POC型干式煤气柜是一种近年来新开发的圆筒、薄壁、穹拱活塞、稀油密封的新型煤气柜,现广泛推广运用于钢铁燃气行业中。文章介绍了包钢新型干式煤气柜(POC型)主要构件制作过程。此煤气柜的设计、制作及安装均采用国内的新技术,为今后钢厂煤气设施建设提供了借鉴。
POC type dry gas tank is a kind of cylindrical, thin - walled, piston dome arch, and oil sealed gas tank, which has been developed newly in recent years and applied widely in the iron and steel gas industry. This article introduces the production process of the main component of new typical dry gas tank （POC type）in Baotou Steel. This gas tank adopts the new technology of China in aspects of design, production and installation, and offers the reference for the steel works in future construction of gas facilities.
