励磁装置灭磁电阻发热原因及处理方法

摘要 文章针对包钢1#TRT励磁装置在运行过程中频繁出现灭磁电阻发热这一问题,进行深入研究、分析。通过采取在二极管两侧并联电阻和电容,形成阻容吸收的方法,有效地解决灭磁电阻发热的问题,保证了TRT发电机组的安全稳定运行,延长TRT的运转周期,减少机组故障停机率。 Focusing on the problem of the frequent de - excitation electric resistance heating appeared in the running process of Baotou Steel 1 ^# TRT excitation device, this paper made a deep research and analysis on it. By adopting the methods of taking in side shunt resistance and capacitance for diode and forming absorption of resistance and capacitance, this paper solves the problem of de - excitation electric resistance heating effectively. And it will ensure the safe and stable operation of TRT power generation unit,extend the TRT operation cycle,and reduce the rate of unit downtime.
