摘要
简要介绍了用CdZnTe探测器构成剂量测量仪所用的能量响应补偿层,根据计算设计了5种组合结构,并对各种组合结构进行了χ,γ射线能量响应实验测量,实验结果表明CZT在能量响应方面能够满足剂量测量的要求。
It introduces the energy response compensation layer of CZT detector in personal dosimeter .Five kinds of energy response filter were designed according to theoretical calculation and simulation , and the energy responses are tested with X -rays and γ-rays with energy ranging from 64 keV to 1.25 MeV.The experimen-tal results show that the energy response of CZT detector meet the requirements in dose measurement .
