摘要
低噪声放大器在接收系统中能有效提高系统信噪比和接收机灵敏度,是接收系统的关键部件,它包括输入匹配网络、微波晶体管放大器和输出匹配网络。根据低噪声放大器设计的原理,设计一个3 GHz单级低噪声放大器,经过技术指标分析,采用NEC公司低噪声产品系列NE3210S01N沟道HJ-FET。阐述了如何利用Agilent公司的ADS软件进行分析和优化设计该电路的过程,仿真结果完全满足设计指标,对于低噪声放大器的设计研究有着重要的参考价值。
