稻秸秆纤维的性能与结构分析

摘要 为了研究稻秸秆纤维的基本性能,对稻秸秆纤维及几种天然纤维的基本性能进行了测试分析,并分析了稻秸秆纤维的微观形态。通过对各种性能及结构分析得出稻秸秆工艺纤维长度在6-9cm、细度在2.6-3.9tex;纤维断裂强度大,可挠度较大;纤维摩擦系数较大,回潮率较大;稻秸秆纤维是由多根单纤维连在一起组成的工艺纤维,单纤维表面纵向有明显的沟槽。 In order to study the basic properties of the rice straw fiber, the basic properties of the rice straw fiber and several kinds of natural fiber, has carried on the test and analysis, and analyzes the microstructure of rice straw fiber. Through analysing each property and structure it is considered that under the length is in the 6-9 cm and the fineness is in 2.6 -3.9 tex, relative dispersion of both length and fineness are lager, The strength and deflection are large; the dynamic and static friction coefficient of fiber are bigger,rice straw fibers are technology of fiber with more single fibers linking together, and which have evident longitudinal grooves also.
