为了满足消费者日益增强的对面料舒适性和美观性的需求,开发新的交织物是纺织业重要的课题。本文介绍了一种新型毛纤维纱线和棉纤维纱线交织物及其生产方法。它解决棉纤维纱线与毛纤维纱线交织时在织造准备、后整理生产上的差异,使得当棉纤维纱线作为经纱时不需要采用传统浆纱机上浆,同时交织物在后整理时不需要进行碱丝光处理,避免浓碱对毛纤维的伤害。

In order to meet the increasing comfort and beauty requirements of the consumers, the development of new types of knitting is an important issue in the textile industy. This article introduces a new type of knitting using wool yarn and cotton yarn and its production method. It solves the differences of pretreatment and finishing processes by knitting wool yarn and cotton yam. In this way the traditional sizing process for cotton yarn using a sizing machine becomes no longer necessary. At the same time the mercerization by the finisching process is not needed, which avoids the damage of wool fiber by using the highly concentrated alkali.
