摘要
采用厌氧好氧相结合的方式处理渗滤液,观察活性污泥驯化阶段原生动物种群的变化情况。结果表明,活性污泥中微生物的演化是从低等向高等方向进行的,出现的顺序依次是细菌、鞭毛虫、游动型纤毛虫、固着型纤毛虫、微型后生动物。从处理效果来看,驯化完成时,CODcr去除率为94%,氨氮去除率为83%,总磷去除率为67%。
The combination of anaerobic and aerobic treatment of leachate, observed the changes about protozoan populations of activated sludge acclimation stage. The results show that:The activated sludge microbial evolution is from the lower to the higher direction,in the order that the bacteria,flagellates,swimming ciliates,sessile ciliates,micro-metazoan. From the treatment effect, domestication is completed,the removal rate of C ODcr is 94%,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is 83%, the removal rate of total phosphorus is 67%.
