摘要
文章利用Excel与Workbench脚本语言工具将热点应力影响矩阵法应用于风电机组机架极限强度分析。通过编制脚本,在Excel表格中输入极限载荷很快就可以输出热点处的von-Mises应力。除几何突变和网格奇异位置外,一般计算结果相对误差在6%以内,且热点von-Mises应力值越大绝对误差越小,相对误差也越小。利用热点应力影响矩阵法可以对机架结构热点处的极限强度分析作出快速判断,运用此法极大地节省了设计时间和人力成本。
Influence matrices method of hotspots stress can be applied to analyse ultimate strength on main frame of wind turbine through Excel and Workbench script. Once inputting ultimate load in Excel, then the von-Mises stress can be got quickly by scripts. Relative errors for general calculation results are within 6% besides some positions with geometric catastrophe and grid singular. The greater von-Mises stress is, the smaller absolute error becomes, and the relative error is also smaller. Influence matrices method of hotspots stress can quickly get results of ultimate strength at hotspots on main frame. It can greatly save design time and manpower cost.
