某电子设备舱的腐蚀问题及其对策研究

Study on the Corrosion Problems and Countermeasure of a Certain Electronic Equipment Cabin

对某设备舱在文昌地区服役时出现的腐蚀问题进行了分析,不锈钢材料选用不当、结构设计不合理、制造加工工序不合理、防护涂层质量差是导致设备舱腐蚀的主要原因,更换零部件、提高现场防护涂层质量是后续防护的主要手段。探讨了设计制造环节的防腐蚀工作要点。

The corrosion problems of a certain electronic equipment cabin in Wenchang were analyzed .The re-sults showed that unreasonable stainless steel material selection in design ,the irrational design of structure , unrea-sonable process in manufacture and a poor quality of surface coating were main anti-corrosion problems of the elec-tronic equipment cabin .Change the parts and improve the quality of the protective coating on site were the main means of subsequent treatment .Discussed the work outlines of anti-corrosion in the design and manufacture .
