Party member workstation satisfaction degree analysis and improving countermeasures

根据西安邮电大学大学生党员工作站的实际情况,通过问卷调查,结合结构方程模型建立工作站工作满意度模型,利用AMOS和SPSS软件进行数据分析,寻找模型中各因素对西安邮电大学党员工作站工作满意度的影响因素,以及各影响因素之间的相关关系,并据此就如何提升工作满意度给出一些建设性对策。

Based on the actual situation of XUPT ’s party member workstation, by using questionnaire survey,the satisfaction degree model is built on structural equation mode.Thus, by the data analysis using AMOS and SPSS,the influence factors on the satisfaction degree of party member workstation in the model are explored,and the correlation of various factors are revealed.Accordingly,some constructive countermeasures for improving the satisfaction degree are given.
