Analysis on Status and Problems of Transfer of Rural Labor Force

农村劳动力向非农产业和城市转移,是中国工业化和城市化的必然趋势,也是推动农业和农村经济发展、实现农民增收的一个重要途径。阐述了我国农村劳动力转移的基本现状,提出当前农村劳动力转移就业存在的问题,剖析产生这些问题的原因,并为今后实现农村劳动力的合理化转移提出建议。

Transfer of rural labor force to non-agricultural industries and urban is the inevitable trend of industrialization and urbanization in China and an important way to realize the peasants＇ income and promote agricultural and rural economy de-velopment. This paper was expounded basic status of Chinese rural labor transfer, and put forward the current problems of rural labor transfer employment. Finally, the paper was analyzed reasons of these problems, and pointed out suggestions of realizing reasonable transfer of rural labor force.
