摘要
以HW35505T变速箱为研究对象,根据台架试验结果和故障箱的拆解分析,总结出轻型变速器一些常见的故障现象,通过分析原因,进一步改进,提高变速器质量。
Taking HW35505T gearbox as the research object, the paper was concluded some common fault phenomena of light transmission according to results of bench test and fault cases of disassembly. Through the analysis of the reasons and further improvement, the paper was improved quality of the transmission.
