摘要
从发生制动缸行程无法调整的C80BH型车厂修作业过程中各道工序中的关联配件尺寸检测、限度测量入手,通过计算转向架组装过程中游动杠杆点距摇枕中心值存在的误差,导致制动缸行程误差值,深入分析了CB0BH型敞车装用254 mm×254 mm制动缸行程难以调整问题的原因,并提出了解决措施。
In this paper, through calculating existing errors of swimming leverage point value in the process of assembling caused error value of brake cylinder stroke, the author deeply analyzed the reasons of brake cylinder travel was hard to ad-just loaded with 254 mm×254 mm, and put forward the solutions from dimension measurement and limit measurement of brake cylinder travel failed to adjust.
