持器械旋风脚720°接马步落地稳定性训练手段的研究

The Research of the Training Method of the Landing Stability of Tornado Kick Turn 720° to Horse Stance with Weapon

运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、对照实验法,以调查问卷的形式统计持器械旋风脚720°接马步落地稳定性的影响因素;采用对照实验法,以优秀运动员为对照组,记录完成该动作的技术参数,以二线运动员为实验组,根据动作技术特征,进行为期3个月的专门训练,构建武术运动员完成该动作所要采用的科学训练手段。

We used the method of statistics, interviews, questionnaire survey and comparative experiments to finish this very research. We used the method of questionnaire survey to state the elements that may affect the landing stability of Tornado kick turn 720° to horse stance with weapon. We used the method of comparative experiments to record the technical parameters of the outstanding athletes who finished the actions well. And we compared them with the inferior athletes, thus training the inferior athletes with targets within 3 months according to the technical characters, in order to build a scientific training method to train the inferior athletes to finish this very actions.
