摘要
从定量的角度出发,设计垢量测量装置。以BZ25-1油田为例,判断油田结垢类型,模拟动态试验,利用油田结垢量大小测定渗透率损失率。随后进行防垢剂筛选试验。结果表明:碳酸钙垢的生成,岩心渗透率损失率21%左右;防垢剂JPS-01、JPS-02、JPS-03能有效缓解地层结垢,JPS-01防垢剂效果最佳,结垢量最小。
From the perspective of quantitative,scale measurement device was designed.In BZ25-1oilfield for example,oilfield scale type was judged and dynamic tests were simulated.The permeability loss rate was determined by the use of oilfield scale amount.Then the screening tests for anti-scaling agent were carried out.The results showed that the formation of calcium carbonate scale resulted in core permeability loss rate of 25%.Anti-scaling agent JPS-01,JPS-02,JPS-03 could effectively alleviate scale formation,and anti-scale effects of JPS-01 were the best.
