摘要
针对废弃聚合物钻井液中污染物的特点,对采用破胶脱稳、废水膜过滤和废固相修复处理的工艺进行研究。探讨了不同处理剂及加量对处理效果的影响,优化出适宜的工艺条件:最佳破胶剂BZ-PJ的最佳加量为9g/L,助凝剂BZ-PAM的最佳加量为5mg/L;废固相修复的最佳配方为:2%BZ-PJ与2%BZ-XF与4%BZ-GD。对膜过滤处理后的废水及废固相浸出液进行污染物指标分析,其中COD、色度、石油类均能达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准。
Aimed at the characteristics of the pollutants in waste polymer drilling liquid,the group treatment processes of gel breaking,membrane filtration and waste solid phase repair was studied.The impacts of different treatment agents and dosages on the treatment effects were discussed.The optimal conditions were BZ-PJ of 9g/L,BZ-PAM of 5mg/L.The optimum formula of waste solid phase consisted of BZ-PJ,BZ-XF,BZ-GD whose concentrations were relatively2%,2%,4%.Through the analysis of COD,chroma and oil content of the treated wastewater and leakage liquids of waste solids,the results could achieve I-grade criteria specified in'Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard'(GB 8978—1996).
