摘要
调研国内外原油中硫醇硫含量检测相关标准和方法,参照环球油品公司标准UOP 163—05《电位滴定法测定液态烃中的硫化氢和硫醇硫》中关于原油及高沸点产品硫醇硫的检测方法,对电位滴定法测定原油中硫醇硫含量进行了条件优化实验。确定实验条件为:用经过氮气吹扫的甲苯作为溶剂;实验过程采取氮气保护措施;实验应在10min内完成。结果表明:采用电位滴定法测定原油硫醇硫可行,但不适用于稠油的测定。
After researching the domestic and overseas related standards and methods of thiol sulfur content in crude oil,following the detection methods of mercaptan sulfur in crude oil and high boiling point products,which is referred in the standard'Determination of Hydrogen Sulfide and Mercaptan Sulfur in Liquid Hydrocarbons by Potentiometric Titration Method'of global oil company(UOP 163-05),optimization experiments are carried out to determine the content of mercaptan sulfur in crude oil by potentiometric titration method.The experimental conditions were determined as follows:toluene after nitrogen purging is used as solvent.Nitrogen is taken as protection measure in the experiment process.The experiment should be completed within 10 min.Results showed that potentiometric titration method could apply to the determination of the mercaptan sulfur content in crude oil by potentiometric titration method,but not to the determination of heavy oil.
