Application of Information Monitoring Technology in Safety Management of Hazardous Chemical Substance Transport

分析危化品运输企业在生产经营过程中面临的主要风险状况,对比国内外危化品运输安全管理模式的差异,初步探讨了目前安全管理的缺点和不足。参考国家相关标准,分析企业设计构建监控系统的基本功能,介绍某大型国有危化品运输企业运用信息化监控技术手段加强危化品运输安全管理的具体做法和收到的成效。

This paper analyzed the main risks in the process of production and operation for transport enterprises.Comparing the differences of safety management mode of hazardous chemical substance transportation at home and abroad,preliminary discussion of shortcomings and the insufficiency of current safety management was carried out.Referring to relevant national standards,the basic function for enterprise designing and setting up a monitoring system was analyzed.It was also introduced the detail measures and effects upon utilizing the information monitoring technology in a large state-owned enterprise transport for hazardous chemical substance transportation and management.
