摘要
在全液压勘探钻机中液压管路是必不可少的元件.为此,如何恰当的选择油管的内径以及采用多大的流速才能使系统处于最佳的工作状态,是系统设计过程中不可忽略的问题.优化设计方法为我们解决这一问题提供了很好的途径.本文主要对液压系统的吸油管路进行优化设计,采用多目标函数优化方法中的目标规划法,最终经过优化得出管径和流速的最佳值.
The hydraulic line is the essential element in the hydraulic exploration drill. Therefore, how to choose the ap-propriate inner diameter of pipe and make the system in the best working condition with large flow velocity can be, is not to be overlooked in the process of system design. Optimization design method provides a good way for us to solve this problem. This paper suction pipeline of the hydraulic system optimization design, using multiple objective function optimization method of goal programming method, the final optimal pipe diameter and flow velocity have been deter-mined.
