摘要
cDNA-AFLP技术是能够对生物体转录组进行全面分析的新技术,因其具有多态性丰富、稳定性高、效率高等优点,被广泛应用于基因表达研究.随着科技发展,该技术不断得到完善与创新,并取得了很多研究成果.本文简单介绍了cDNA-AFLP技术的基本原理及技术特点,概述了其在植物差异基因表达上的应用现状,并对其发展前景进行了展望.
cDNA-AFLP technique is a new technology to conduct a comprehensive analysis of an organism＇s transcriptome. With the advantages of rich polymorphism, high stability, high efficiency, it has been widely used to study gene expression. With advances in science, the technology has been continuously improved and innovation, and made a lot of research results. The paper introduces the basic principles and the technical characteristics of cDNA-AFLP and outlines the application of the status on differences in gene expressions of plants. And its development prospects were discussed.
