Analyzed the size, structure and growth of the equipment manufacturing industry development in Shanxi Province, researched the a-mount, structure, allocation efficiency and output of science and technology resources of the province, discussed severe challenges and great oppor-tunities that the current development facing, then put forward science and technology strategics including strengthen the overall planning, implement driving innovation, build industry clusters, breakthrough key technology and so on.
