摘要 伴随着研究生招生规模的扩大以及就业分配市场化改革,硕士生面临越来越大的就业压力,材料水分多、面试都会去、毁约多借口等就业不诚信现象频发。这些现象的产生既有社会变革对道德产生的消极影响,也有指导性制度缺失、主体道德失衡等原因。通过建立诚信教育机制、保障约束机制、主体自律机制来培养研究生诚实守信的道德情操,实现诚信就业的制度他律,提高研究生诚信道德的行为水平。 With the rapid growth of graduate students’ enrolment and marketization reform of employment distribution,graduate students are facing more and more pressures when finding a job.Dishonest behaviors,such as personal materials which contain false information,capriciousness in interviews and breach of promise,are frequently noticed,and they are caused by negative effects of social reformation,institutional deficiency as well as imbalance of moral life.Great efforts should be made to increase graduate students’ observance of the professional ethical standards of honesty,so as to establish mechanism of honesty education and ensure restriction and individual selfdiscipline mechanism.
