摘要
针对当前电网对大规模风电消纳难的问题,提出在风电开发之初,从规划层面考虑利用储能电站优化区域电力系统的电源结构,提高电网对风电的消纳能力。文章综合考虑环境效益、社会效益、市场竞争力后,以风电消纳能力最大和国民经济投入最小为目标函数,构建了包含火电、储能电站、大规模风电的电源规划模型,并采用允许风电在一定范围内波动这一策略来减少储能电站的投资和运行费用。最后采用改进遗传算法对该模型进行求解,并针对某区域电力系统电源规划进行了仿真计算,结果表明,文章所建的模型既提高了电网对风电的消纳能力,又兼顾了其经济性。
For the difficulty of current grid accommodating large-scale wind power, it would be considered that energy storage plants are used to optimize the power structure of the regional power system on the planning level so as to improve wind power accommodation at the beginning of wind power development. After comprehensive consideration of environment benefits, social benefits and market competitiveness, a planning model that includes thermal power, wind power, energy storage plants is built,which takes the maximum of wind power accommodation and the minimum of investment as objective functions, and employs a strategy that allows fluctuation of wind power within a certain range to reduce investment and operation cost of energy storage plant. Finally the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. A simulation of power planning in a regional power system is carried out, the results show that the model built in this paper has greatly increased the accommodation capacity of wind power in the power grid and takes economy into account.
